Johnston Co. magistrate arrested for DWI

SMITHFIELD Eric Fogleman, 27, was booked then released on a written promise to appear.

Johnston County Clerk of Court Will Crocker confirms that Fogleman has been suspended. Whether that is with or without pay will be decided this week.

Fogleman will turn his ID in on Monday, and his first court date is April 27th.

No further details were available.
