Bell endorsed Ken Lewis Monday. The Mayor say Lewis will work every day in the Senate to fight for North Carolinians.
Lewis calls Chapel Hill home. He's vying for the Democratic nomination, along with Secretary of State Elaine Marshall and former state Senator Cal Cunningham.
The winner will face incumbent Senator Richard Burr in November's election.
