Donald Martin, 40, told police he is homeless. Tuesday deputies arrested and charged him with multiple offenses, including taking indecent liberties with a child and statutory sex offence against a minor.
Investigators say Martin was involved in inappropriate behavior with his victim between June 10, 2009 and June 30, 2009.
Martin is being held in the Cumberland County Detention Center under a $100,000 bond. He will make his first court appearance today.
