Inner and Outer Beltline no more

It announced Monday it's finished upgrading signs along Interstate 440 in Wake County.

What has been referred to as the Outer Beltline around the northern part of the city is now I-440 West, and what was the Inner Beltline is now I-440 East. Signs referring to the Beltline have been removed.
