Boy run over, killed by truck

RALEIGH It happened around 7 p.m. on Briarcliff Road. Police say a pick-up was pulling into a driveway where Gabriel Orillana was playing.

They say the little boy apparently fell under the back tire of the vehicle. When the truck moved forward, it rolled over the child killing him.

Police are calling it an accident and said no charges will be filed.
