The project contract specifies that work can only be completed from 8 a.m. until 4 p.m. and from 7 p.m. until 7 a.m. At least one lane of traffic must be open at all times.
Officials of NCDOT remind motorists to watch out for signs for construction information, stay alert and obey the posted speed limit.
