Job seekers wait in line to attend a career fair

People who are looking for a job met potential employers in downtown Raleigh Tuesday.

It was a packed house for the Job Link Career Expo at the Raleigh Convention Center on Tuesday.

The lines were long as people looking for work filled out applications and talked to potential employers.

The event was free and was held from 10 a.m. until 2 p.m.

Job seekers were able to attend several seminars in addition to meeting with human resource representatives from various companies.
