Smithfield police said Tuesday they've charged Mark Edward White, 33, of Laptop Pros - 117 South Third Street - with a total of 18 counts of felony conversion.
White turned himself in to detectives with his attorney and was placed in the Johnston County Jail under a $101,000 bond.
