Mother charged in accident that killed her child

FAYETTEVILLE The collision happened on the morning of July 27 on Country Club Drive near the Murchison Road intersection.

Both drivers, as well as Fultz's three children, 8-year-old Isaiah Fultz, 6-year-old Jeremiah Fultz and 2-year-old Ayreon Guillory, were all transported to Cape Fear Valley Medical Center with injuries.

On Friday, Ayreon Guillory died as a result of injuries sustained in the head-on collision.

Jeremiah Fultz is recovering at home, while Isaiah Fultz remains hospitalized at Cape Fear Valley Medical Center.

Syreeta Fultz is also recovering from her injuries at Cape Fear Valley Medical Center. She has been charged with exceeding a safe speed for conditions and improper child restraint.
