Durham police arrested four people after officers say the suspects tossed drugs and guns out of a car window and tried to run from officers.
Police say the incident began with a traffic stop at I-85 and Duke Street. The car drove off and that's when police followed, witnessing the suspects discard drugs and guns.
When the car got to Washington and Green streets, the suspects ditched their ride and tried to flee on foot.
Officers caught all of the suspects. Their identities have not been released.
