George Bryan is the last of the players to be cleared. Charges against Markus Kuhn , J.R. Sweezy, Jake Vermiglio were dropped in July.
Bryan was not present at July's hearing, but his attorney had asked for Bryan's case to be continued.
A judge decided officers illegally performed a search inside an apartment where the players were allegedly smoking marijuana. The officer eventually got a search warrant and found the illegal drugs, but that didn't matter because the original entry was ruled unconstitutional.
