The woman said a man who works at the mall claimed he was hiring her and took her to a back room to fill out additional paperwork.
Once in the room, the suspect began touching her inappropriately and assaulting her.
The victim said the incident happened on Wednesday evening. She said she was scared to report the incident originally, but decided to come forward to prevent it from happening to other victims.
After reviewing surveillance video and other evidence in the case, police arrested and charged 34-year-old Jose Antonio Cruz with second degree sexual offense, sexual battery and assault on a female.
Cruz was transported to the Cumberland County Jail.
