Fire damages apartment clubhouse

RALEIGH

Officials said no apartment units were affected by the fire that heavily damaged the building.

The fire was spotted around 4:30 a.m. The cause is under investigation.

It was just 17 months ago that a fire at the same complex displaced 16 people. That fire was ruled accidental.
