Kids to be tried as adults in father's murder

RALEIGH Sources tell ABC11 Eyewitness News that David Green III and his sister Alexis faced a juvenile judge in Raleigh this week and their cases were moved to superior court.

Both were under the age of 16 at the time investigators think David Green Junior was murdered at his home in north Raleigh.

Green's body was found almost two years after investigators believe he was killed and then dismembered in a basement freezer.

His long time girlfriend and mother of his children, Wendy Green, is also charged with his murder.
