Man approaching women at Wake Tech IDed

WAKE COUNTY The school beefed up security patrols at the campus last week after receiving several reports that a man was approaching women in the parking lot.

The man has been told to stay off campus.

Wake Tech employees and students were notified on Friday about the update in the case. The incidents are currently being investigated by law enforcement.

Wake Tech security officials say they are confident there is no longer a threat, but advise everyone to always remain vigilant of their surroundings.
