The shooting happened just before 8:30 p.m. Friday.
Authorities say the victim, an 18-year-old, was shot multiple times in his arm. His injuries are non-life-threatening.
Eyewitnesses say they saw the victim arguing with two other men shortly before they heard four or five gunshots.
Police are looking for the gunman.
