Nine arrested in armed home invasions

HENDERSON

Police say they've finished a yearlong investigation of a series of armed home invasions and burglaries with nine arrests.

They've filed more than 350 felony charges in incidents at 28 homes. 84 misdemeanor charges are also pending.

The charges range from robbery and kidnapping to possession of stolen goods.

Detective said tips to the Henderson Vance Crime Stoppers line played a big part in giving them a break in the case.

Those charged include the following:

Tyrell Keshaun Person, 20, 409 Davis Street Henderson.

  • First-degree burglary - 9 counts
  • Second-degree kidnapping - 6 counts
  • Robbery with a dangerous weapon - 7 counts
  • Possession of a firearm by convicted felon - 5 counts
  • Breaking and entering - 19 counts
  • Felonious larceny - 20 counts
  • Possession of stolen goods - 22 counts
  • Felony conspiracy - 27 counts
  • Discharge a firearm into occupied property - 2 counts
  • Misdemeanor injury to personal property - 24 counts
  • Impersonating a law enforcement officer - 3 counts

Person was placed in the Vance County Jail after failing to post a $1,500,000 bond.

David Vernell Marrow, 23, 360 Davis Street, Henderson

  • First-degree burglary - 8 counts
  • Second-degree kidnapping - 5 counts
  • Robbery with a dangerous weapon - 6 counts
  • Breaking and entering - 16 counts
  • Felonious larceny - 18 counts
  • Possession of stolen goods - 18 counts
  • Felony conspiracy - 23 counts
  • Discharge a firearm into occupied property - 1 count
  • Misdemeanor injury to personal property - 21 counts
  • Impersonating a law enforcement officer - 2 counts

Marrow was placed in the Vance County Jail after failing to post a $1,000,000 bond.

Curtis Bronsen Jr. 25, 236 Pinkston Street, Henderson

  • First-degree burglary - 4 counts
  • Second-degree kidnapping - 3 counts
  • Robbery with a dangerous weapon - 2 counts
  • Breaking and entering - 5 counts
  • Felonious larceny - 6 counts
  • Possession of stolen goods - 6 counts
  • Felony conspiracy - 9 counts
  • Misdemeanor injury to personal property - 8 counts
  • Impersonating a law enforcement officer - 2 counts

Bronson was placed in the Vance County Jail after failing to post a $1,000,000 bond.

Jovan Antwan Bullock, 22, 315 Harriett Street, Henderson

  • Breaking and entering - 2 counts
  • Felonious larceny - 2 counts
  • Possession of stolen goods - 2 counts
  • Felony conspiracy - 2 counts
  • Misdemeanor injury to personal property - 1 count

Omont Quzelle Overby, 22, 233 E. Andrews Avenue, Henderson

  • Breaking and entering - 1 count
  • Felonious larceny - 1 count
  • Possession of stolen goods - 1 count
  • Felony conspiracy - 1 count
  • Injury to personal property - 1 count

Overby was placed in the Vance County Jail after failing to post a $40,000 secured bond.

Nathan Perry Jr., 17 416 Harriett Street, Henderson

  • Breaking and entering - 2 counts
  • Felonious larceny - 2 counts
  • Possession of stolen goods - 2 counts

Perry was placed in the Vance County Jail after failing to post a $70,000 secured bond.

Shykila Denise Davis, 19, 360 Davis Street, Henderson

  • Felonious possession of stolen goods - 1 count

Davis was placed in the Vance County Jail after failing to post a $1000 secured bond.

Felicha Arneice Durham, 17, 360 Davis Street, Henderson

  • Felonious possession of stolen goods - 1 count

Durham was placed in the Vance County Jail after failing to post a $10,000 secured bond.

Jasmine Rolisha Alston, 16, 360 Davis Street, Henderson

  • Felonious possession of stolen goods - 1 count

Alston was placed in the Vance County Jail after failing to post a $10,000 secured bond.

Police said charges are pending against three more suspects
