Officers found 26-year-old Jamar Clemmons outside a home on Lee Street just after midnight Monday. He had several gunshot wounds and was pronounced dead at the scene.
Investigators have charged 25-year-old Devaris Lucas with murder.
Lucas is currently being held in jail without bond. He is scheduled to appear in court on Friday.
