HALIFAX COUNTY

Investigators say the teen - who they've declined to identify - was one of the robbers and was shot and killed by a homeowner in the 14000 block of HWY 481 in Enfield June 25.

The teen was a juvenile offender on a weekend pass from the Edgecombe Youth Development Center when the shooting happened.

Within 24 hours of the shooting, deputies say Jasmine Deshaunda Graham, 20, of Battleboro and Diamante Dayshawn Harrell, 19, of Battleboro, turned themselves in.

Martaveon Kewanty Lynch, 17, of Battleboro, was arrested June 29.

Deputies said Rocky Mount police arrested Marcus Manquell Bell, 26, also of Battleboro, July 10.

All four are charged with first-degree burglary, conspiracy to commit robbery with a dangerous weapon, discharging a firearm into an occupied dwelling and contributing to the delinquency and abuse of a juvenile.

The homeowner who fired the fatal shot has not been identified and has not been charged.
