Officers were dispatched to South Reilly Road after someone reported hearing two to three gunshots. Upon arrival, police discovered a Cadillac SUV with two victims inside.
The vehicle was located outside an apartment building at the Reserve at Carrington Apartments. One of the victims was dead and the other was transported to the hospital in critical condition.
Police have not released the identity of either victim.
Investigators say they are not looking for "additional" suspects related to the shooting.
