The body of Leroy Sather - who had no known address - was discovered in a wooded area near Hodges Street and Atlantic Avenue close to the Crabtree Creek Trail Sept. 6.
A Raleigh Police Department spokesperson said there were no signs of foul play and it's likely Sather died of natural causes.
