Gustavo Gaspar, 35, of Pecan Rd., Dudley, is charged with four counts of first-degree rape of a child, one count of statutory rape, and one count of first-degree sexual offense with a child.
Investigators said the victim, who is now 13, was 11 when the assaults began. They also said a search of Gaspar's home turned up evidence that corroborates the victim's story.
Gaspar was placed in the Wayne County jail under a million-dollar bond.
