Town of Rolesville loses water pressure

October 27, 2011 11:46:55 AM PDT
Mayor Frank Eagles said Thursday afternoon that Rolesville's main water line was cut and the entire town lost water pressure.

It happened at Burlington Mills Road near Hwy 401/South Main Street where they're building a new middle school.

A Hardees and McDonalds near there were also without water and forced to shut down.

Just before 3 p.m., Eagles said the City of Raleigh had been able to restore pressure to most of the town.

There was no word if residents would be asked to boil water.
