Courtney Ann Speight was last seen on Bruton Street on August 11 around 11:50 pm.
She was wearing a black Sheetz T-shirt, blue and red jogging pants, and black/red Nike shoes.
Her blue 2006 Nissan Altima with NC tag AFR-8341 is also missing.
Family members say it's unusual for Speight to miss work or be gone for long periods of time.
