Authorities said they received a call around 2:15 a.m. about shots being fired on Vagabond Drive near Rim Road.

When officers arrived, they said they found 33-year-old Samuel Antonio Menser's body lying in the roadway. He was declared dead at the scene.
Homicide detectives are currently investigating the incident.
