Girl falls near railroad tracks in Cary

CARY, N.C.

Cary police say the girl was taking pictures with a friend alongside train tracks near Cary Parkway and Old Apex Road when she lost her footing and fell.

The girl was never hit by the train.

She was transported to the hospital as a precaution.
