According to an arrest warrant, 56-year-old Rose Debnam Antoine injured the 5-year-old girl while providing care at Kreepers-N-Krawlers on Community Drive.
Antoine is charged with intentional child abuse causing serious injury. Bond was set at $15,000.
Antoine made an appearance in court Wednesday morning and she bonded out of jail. Her next court appearance is set for mid June.
