Now, a 12-year-old boy faces charges for one of the crimes, which happened on Tuesday when a man was flashed on the trail.
In all, there have been four flashing incidents in the past few weeks. Three occurred on the trail itself, and another happened in a supermarket parking lot.
Police don't think all of the incidents are related.
