Autopsy: Missing woman died from overdose

CUMBERLAND COUNTY, N.C.

The body of 31-year-old Michelle Powell was found behind the Boys and Girls Club in the 3400 block of Cumberland Road on April 13.

The report found that Powell died from a cocaine overdose.

Powell disappeared in early March.

Her body was found several weeks later by a passerby.
