Police said they believe the stolen property, which included guns, ammo, military body armor, pressure washers, go-carts, televisions, iPads and tens of thousands of dollars worth of weapons and electronics, is part of a drug operation.

The unidentified pair at the house have been charged with trafficking opium and could face more charges.

Authorities said one of the guns was stolen from Hoke County.

They said it may be tough to find the owners of all of items. After a certain amount of time, authorities put unclaimed property up for auction, except for guns, which they destroy.
