Authorities arrested 34-year-old Kari Maria Hogue of Fayetteville Thursday and charged her with three counts of first degree sex offense, taking indecent liberties with a minor and two counts of crimes against nature.
The teen alleges the incidents happened between March 29 and April 1 in Hogue's vehicle.
Hogue has been released from the Cumberland County Detention Center under a $100,000 bond.
