Green Hope High coach indicted

RALEIGH, N.C.

Robert Peterson, who was an award-winning head coach at the Cary high school, was first arrested in July.

At a hearing last month, Peterson's attorney said the case was related to child pornography. Police have said Peterson did not have any inappropriate contact with students.

According to Green Hope High School's website, Peterson not only coached the girls' soccer team, which was ranked number one in the country and won a state championship this year, but also taught social studies at the school.
