It happened just after midnight on Old Stage Road in front of the Eagle Ridge golf community.

Emergency crews were called to the scene to free the unconscious driver.
It appeared the car ran off the road and hit a drainage culvert and a fire hydrant before landing on its roof. It is unclear what caused the driver to lose control.
The name and condition of the driver have not been released.
