Police seek Morrisville armed robbery suspect

Police in Morrisville are hoping the public can help them identify an armed robbery suspect.

The armed robbery occurred on Aug. 14th at 9:23 p.m. in the 3000 block of Market Center Drive, near Cary Parkway and Chapel Hill Road.

The suspect is described as a black female, 5 feet 1 to 5 feet 2 inches tall, 125-130 pounds.

She was last seen wearing a green shirt, tan pants, black and white tennis shoes, with a black scarf around her neck.

She was accompanied by a Hispanic female, 105 to 110 pounds, with dark shoulder length hair in a ponytail, wearing a white t shirt and light colored basketball shorts with blue or black accents.

Both subjects were last seen running towards Bristol Creek Drive.

Anyone with information on these suspects, or who may have been a witness to the crime, is urged to contact the Morrisville Police Department at (919) 463-1600.
