Police arrested 30-year-old Sheridan Cole Digiuseppe, of Bailey Lake Road on Friday.
Investigators said Digiuseppe met the victim at an undisclosed location, where he kidnapped and raped the victim.
Digiuseppe is charged with first-degree rape, first-degree kidnapping, and second-degree forcible sexual offense.
He is currently being held at the Cumberland County Detention Center on a $100,000 secured bond.
