Juan Carlos Sandoval-Vasquez, 30, was arrested and charged Friday with indecent exposure and indecent exposure to a victim under the age of 16.
Investigators say Sandoval-Vasquez exposed himself two different times to two different families in the Knollwood subdivision.
Police say more charges may be coming.
