The Chapel Hill Police Department said a man was shot at a home around 5:30 a.m. Tuesday morning. He was hit in the abdomen and a hand.
The victim was taken to UNC Hospitals, where his injuries were described as non-life threatening.
Police said the shooters left the area in a white colored sedan.
The area is near I-40, south of Hwy 15/501.
