On October 18, investigators searched a property on Staley Snow Camp Road. They say they found a copper liquor still, sugar, and the rest of the equipment needed to make moonshine.
Derek Green, 36, is charged with ABC law violation, possess/sell non tax paid alcohol beverage, and possess/sell alcohol beverage no permit.
He was released under a written promise to appear in court in early November.
