It happened at Saint Mary's and Guess Roads around 6 p.m.
State Highway Patrol troopers said the driver of a green Honda crossed the center line and struck a SUV head-on.
Firefighters had to peel back the car's roof to get inside.
Both of the drivers were seriously injured. No names have been released.
Troopers say the driver of the Honda has been charged with driving left of center.
