U.S. Marshals arrested 22-year-old Angel Tyquan Phillip in a house in Brooklyn.
Phillip is accused of shooting Jonathan Tyrick Moore, 19, of Durham on November 3 in the 1300 block of Ridgeway Avenue during an argument.
Phillip is facing charges of murder and possession of a firearm by a convicted felon.
