The truck was attempting to negotiate a curve on Wade Avenue when the concrete barriers came off the truck's trailer and landed in the roadway.
No one was injured in the accident.
It took crews several hours to remove the debris, causing the inbound lanes of Wade Avenue and one outbound lane between Oberlin Road and Cameron Street to be closed.
