Dawn Holden Daniels from DNA Bonds says she was told that the chamber of commerce got some complaints about her float last year - which features jail bars and people in prison clothes.
I find it disappointing," said Daniels. "[The] chamber of commerce is supposed to support local business, not take something away from us."
Some say the float went too far, but Daniel disagrees.
