Arrest made in Raleigh stabbing death

Raleigh police say a man was fatally stabbed early Saturday morning.

Police responded to the the intersection of Martin Luther King Jr Boulevard and South Blount Street around midnight to find an injured man.

Steven Bradley Dockery, 38 was taken to WakeMed, where he later died.

Raleigh police arrested 32-year-old William Spencer McCowan and charged him with murder.

This is the second homicide in a week for Raleigh police. Last Saturday, 42-year-old Terrance Rondell Bryant was found dead outside a Raleigh home.
