The parents of a juvenile who on failed to return to custody at the C.A. Dillon Youth Development Center in Butner, following a home visit in Robeson County Thursday, have turned him in to law enforcement authorities.
The juvenile identified only as Ryan L. was turned over to the custody of authorities at the Robeson County Jail by his parents around 1:30 p.m. Friday.
He was returned to secure custody later in the day.
