It happened off South Bethel Road on Wednesday afternoon.

Investigators said two fishermen were in the boat when it turned over.
The dead man has been identified as 58-yar-old John Mims. His body was found near where he went under.
His friend, Calvin Ely, was able to swim to shore and to get help.
