It happened Friday around 4 p.m. in the 800 block of East Chatham Street at Maynard Road.

Police say the car driven by a man in his 50s crashed into an unoccupied part of the building, which also houses the Patel Brothers grocery store.
The man has been charged with careless and reckless driving. His name has not yet been released.
The building inspector has deemed the business safe.
