4 arrests made in Fayetteville double homicide

FAYETTEVILLE

Police say 19-year-old Albert Jackson, Jr., 24-year-old Michael Williams, 17-year-old Kire McNeil, and a 14 year old are charged in connection with the deaths of Isaiah Sampeur and Pamela Coe.

Sampeur and Coe answered their apartment door and were shot during an argument on Jan. 21.

Police have already charged 17-year-old Rashawn Hill in the case.

Authorities don't believe the shooting was random.
