Shelly and Linda Turner of S. Best Street, Goldsboro underwent surgery at Wayne Memorial hospital. One is in stable condition, and the second was listed in satisfactory condition. A third person was slightly injured.
After an investigation, police have charged James Nathan Crawford Jr. with two counts of robbery with a dangerous weapon and two counts of assault with a deadly weapon with intent to kill.
Bond was set at $200,000.
