Temperatures soared into the high 70s Tuesday afternoon with plenty of sunshine and southwest breezes -- making this the warmest day of the year, so far.
After a nice evening, clouds will be on the increase tonight as a cold front nears from the west. A bit of rain may sneak in from the west toward daybreak.
Wednesday will be another warm day despite the increased cloud cover with highs in the lower 70s.
A cold front moving in from the west will trigger a few showers and even a gusty thunderstorm to the area.
Behind the cold front, a noticeably colder day moves in on Thursday. With gusty winds and with sunshine, high temperatures will struggle to reach the middle 40s.
Friday and Saturday should be warmer again with sunshine all day on Friday, then some clouds and sun on Saturday.
