4th of July celebration returning to Ft. Bragg

FORT BRAGG

Last year's event was called off last summer due to the huge federal budget cuts also known as sequestration.

Fort Bragg's annual 4th of July celebration is one of the largest in the state. It attracts more than 50,000 people from throughout southeastern North Carolina, and has been held for more than 30 years.

Base officials said they would release more details on plans for this year soon.
